My creative space...

In my creative space this week, more things are stitched, ironed on, sewn and packed for the Handmade market this Sunday in Canberra.

I hoped to make something else for this week's market...

However, something doesn't come together so I decided just to leave this for now and concentrate on finishing things I've already started...

New shiny packaging....

I really enjoy receiving mail! A few days ago I ordered a new packaging for my appliques and it arrived just on time for another market this Saturday. It's the Holy Family Art & Craft Show that I am really happy to be a part of as 20% of all sales will go to the charity!

Last night I made a few more appliques adding a cute lamb and a rabbit in my collection. I find it really rewarding stitching animals especially as cute as those ones.

My creative space.....A few finished projects

I like gloomy and cold weather especially when I am in the cross-stitching mood! I already finished a few embroideries today.....

I've chosen one of my favorite thread colours number 166. It's a nice bright lime colour which to me is a perfect colour choice for the pears.

I just love this Japanese embroidery!!! So cute:)

Creative start of the week!

Despite being really busy at work and engineers all day yesterday fixing our air conditioning (just after the weather cooled down! I needed them so badly last week!!!), my crafty week started with:

one linen skirt (almost done, but still needs some detailing). I like the texture of linen and it's nice and thick for the cool weather. I've got more linen skirts left to make in other three colour combinations.

A few fabric appliques. A cute applique is the only way you want to see sushi on the baby's white top!!!

and 4 red and pink felt flowers!
