Something little for myself....

Crochet brooch in beige

Camel tones are very much in fashion this season but pastel colours are not really something I have in my wardrobe so I decided to create a few easy accessories.
So, this afternoon I enjoyed making a little brooch for myself from woolen crochet flower and cross-stitched button.
This brooch will go beautifully with my handmade crochet scarf.  The contrast of wool and silky cotton is something that just so simple but looks great. Don't you think?

I am loving the Easter break! Hope you are enjoying some free time too:)

I heart....

...little owls! I made a few heart brooches during Christmas break. I redesigned my brown owl brooch. I thought it will look very nice in a heart shape and will be perfect as a little Valentine's day gift.

Here are a few pictures from my last trip to the shop. It looked so inviting and I kept walking around picking more and more items that I couldn't leave without! Soy candle, handmade chocolate, rosemary and thyme oil, chai tea.......
