11th of May (due to the little holiday) until 10th of June.
All orders placed until the closing date, will be posted by 16th. 

We will be open as normal for the next 3 week with limited amount of customer orders.

Friday shop update

During the week I've been slowly listing new crochet baskets in my shop. They are 4 available now, the one with beautiful Far Far Away II fabric is my personal favourite.....

Inspired by autumn colours, I've matched the colours on the Liberty fabric with the sewing goat's dress and I love the way the colours match and compliment each other...

Little ballerinas are just very cute!

The whole bunch of penguins are off to Shop Handmade in Canberra today but there are two penguins left and they are looking for a new home!

They both made with organic fabric and hand dyed felt. Doesn't the one with the red belly looks very Christmasy;)?

Also, new headbands, crochet items and owls will be in store by tonight:)

Plushka's first cross-stitched pattern!

Finally, I can reveal one of my patterns I've been working on all week! It's my second pattern but I ended up finishing it first as I just couldn't wait to see the final result!

The advantages of the Bulgarian/double cross-stitch:

double the size of the pattern

the stitches are bigger and easier to do if your are a beginner

perfect first project to make with kids and introduce them to cross-stitch

The PDF pattern is now in my Madeit shop if you want to have a go and make your own cross-stitch mushroom house.

I am thinking of making a pillow, use it in a quilt or just leave it in a hoop and make a wall decoration.....

New Year, new creations...

I had a few free days during Christmas and New Year celebrations so I decided to make some more hairbands for my shop. I was inspired by owl badge and the button which explains the choice of the colours....

It was nice to have a few hours of crafting and planning projects for a new year.

On day 16 of Advent Blog-a-long, I was inspired by this picture and decided to use my cross-stitched owl for the wall decoration.

Stamping on pink (Advent Blog-a-long, Day 15)

I tried my new stamp today. I like brown on pink! I think it looks nice and bright. Now, my buttons are ready to go to someone's creative home.
